• Pickup Address:
The customer must go to Embrun Ontario (K0A 1W0). This is the only authorized pick-up location.
• Pick-up Hours:
Equipment can only be picked up during the following hours:
o Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM
o Sunday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Suitable Vehicle Required:
The customer must have a suitable vehicle to transport the equipment (SUV, truck, or sufficient space).
If the vehicle is not suitable, the pick-up may be refused.
• Responsibility During Transport:
Once the equipment is handed over to the customer, they become responsible for it until its return.
Any breakage, loss, or damage occurring during transport is the customer's responsibility.
• Returning Equipment:
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was borrowed. If returned dirty or damaged, additional charges will apply.
• Lateness Policy:
If a customer arrives late and the service point is closed, they will need to return during the next opening period.
For organizational and security reasons, no pickups or returns are possible outside of scheduled hours.
• Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on the distance.
• Some all-inclusive packages include delivery and installation within a 25 km radius.
• Beyond 25 km, delivery is available upon special request.
Installation:
• Installation is included in certain packages only.
• An additional fee may apply when required.
• The space must be clear and ready upon the team's arrival.
Site Access:
• Equipment is left at the door or the most accessible location.
• Any access constraints (stairs, floors, obstacles, distance, lack of elevator) must be reported in advance.
• Additional fees may apply if access is more complex than anticipated.
• The client or a responsible person must be present at the scheduled time.
Equipment Pickup:
• Equipment must be picked up during business hours.
• If the equipment is not accessible or ready upon pickup, additional fees may be charged.
• The equipment must have ceased to be in use at the time of pickup.
